SHIPPING AND PAYMENT

  1. OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF DELIVERY AND SALE

After order confirmation, we will send the ordered items to the delivery address you provided as a parcel. Delivery time is between 2-5 business days. No customs clearance or shipping costs apply within the EU.

For orders from outside the EU, the delivery time may be extended by up to 10 working days.

Should delivery of the goods fail despite several delivery attempts, SALEBRUS may withdraw from the contract.

You pay the shipping costs for our delivery, which are also displayed in the webshop.

 

Return shipping

  1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL/RIGHT OF RETURN

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods. You may use the model withdrawal form attached to the shipment, but it is not obligatory. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

 

CONSEQUENCES OF WITHDRAWAL

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including any delivery charges, without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. You must return or hand over the goods to us at the address above without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

Only items that are completely undamaged and in perfect, unworn condition will be accepted for return. In particular, worn, soiled, damaged, or malodorous products cannot be returned. Should this not be the case, we reserve the right to claim compensation.

The right of return is excluded for the following products:

– Items from special promotions (e.g., sales, special offers)

– Items marked “this item cannot be returned”

If the above-mentioned products are defective, incomplete, or in poor condition, they can be returned. In this case, SALEBRUS will endeavor to provide an equivalent replacement. If this is not possible, the money already paid will be refunded.

Credits for returned goods will be issued to the customer’s SALEBRUS account. Exception: Orders that have already been paid for in advance by credit card will be refunded to the credit card.

In the case of abusive orders (e.g., ordering different sizes of an item to try on), SALEBRUS reserves the right to refuse the return.

 

  1. DELIVERY DEFECTS

Please inspect the delivered items immediately for accuracy, completeness, and integrity. Any complaints regarding the scope of delivery, defects, incorrect deliveries, or quantity discrepancies must be reported to us in writing by letter within 5 business days of receiving the goods. SALEBRUS will promptly investigate the issue. If SALEBRUS accepts the complaint, you will receive a replacement item of the same type, if available, and a refund of the shipping costs. Otherwise, you will receive a full refund.
